What we shipped, and when.
Every change to the AutoPosting Pro Chrome extension and the website that a dealer would notice, newest first. Most of them started as something a dealer told us. Chrome installs extension updates by itself, usually within a day of the Chrome Web Store publishing them; website changes are live as soon as they are released.

Extension 3.16.108October 22, 2026
Sold cars come off Marketplace, and prices follow your website
- A car that leaves your website is marked sold on Marketplace even while your posting queue is paused or has hit its daily limit, and it goes ahead of the cars waiting to post.
- When a price changes on your website, the price on your existing Marketplace listing is updated to match. This is on unless you turn Auto-price off, or you use a posting price adjustment in Settings.
- Cars are posted in the ZIP's own state. If Facebook can't place a ZIP, the car posts at that town or at your Default ZIP (set it in ZIP and Reposting) instead of somewhere wrong.
Rolling out · Chrome installs it automatically once the Chrome Web Store publishes it
Extension 3.16.107October 22, 2026
AI replies stay out of old conversations
- On plans with AI replies: AI only answers conversations whose latest message is from the last 3 days. Old Marketplace chats where a buyer once asked a question are left alone, and AI answers them only if the buyer writes again.
- The automatic first greeting follows the same rule, so turning it on never messages buyers from months or years ago.
- Random nearby posting ZIPs never place a listing outside the US.

Extension 3.16.106October 21, 2026
More AI photos every day
- On Studio: 100 AI photos a day and 2,500 a month, up from 40 a day and 1,000 a month. With AI backdrops on every outside photo, that covers about 10 to 25 cars a day, depending on how many outside photos each car has.
- On Dealership AI: 400 AI photos a day and 10,000 a month, shared by the whole team, up from 160 a day and 4,000 a month.
- The extension now shows these new numbers wherever it mentions your AI photo allowance.

Pause inbox scanning, and pause AI replies from any device
- A Pause inbox scanning button on the AutoPosting Pro notice in your Messenger tab: the tab stops switching between conversations while you read and reply yourself, and picks up again by itself 15 minutes after you last use it.
- Clicking, typing or scrolling in that Messenger tab also holds the inbox checks for two minutes, so the tab never moves while you are using it.
- On plans with AI replies: when AI replies were paused from the website or a phone, the extension says so and when it happened.
- Turning on AI replies now explains that when a buyer shares a phone number or email, the salesperson is emailed and the lead can go to your CRM lead email.

Relist in one click, and AI that knows when you have taken over
- A Relist button on every car you have posted to Marketplace: pick the photos and AI photo edits, the caption, the pickup ZIP and the groups, and choose whether the old listing comes down first.
- Delisted cars keep their AI photos, so a car you take down can go back up with the same edited photos.
- When a salesperson replies to a buyer themselves, AI stays out of that conversation until they press Resume AI.
- An optional, off-by-default follow-up: a buyer who only asked "Is this available?" and went quiet for a day gets one short check-in, during store hours only.
- Canadian accounts enter postal codes instead of ZIP codes.
- Car titles in All Vehicles show the full trim, for example "Sierra 2500 HD Denali".
- Reading your Marketplace selling page waits out slow loads, so big lots are read in full.
- A buyer conversation links to the exact car it is about, never a similar one on your lot.
- When Facebook does not recognise a ZIP, the fallback location always stays in the right country.
- Reporting a problem asks what kind of problem it is, so it reaches the right person faster.

Extension 3.16.102October 19, 2026
Steadier posting on slow connections
- A slow photo upload no longer stops a post.
- The separate posting window opens in front, then hands focus back to you.
- When Facebook cannot place a ZIP, it tries the ZIP, then the town, then the form’s own location.
- Easy setup starts by explaining how posting works and where your cars are posted.
- Repeated photos are skipped automatically after every inventory update.
- On lots with a high photo minimum, one photo missing from your website no longer stops a post.
- Settings follow a salesperson from computer to computer, and a dealership can set recommended settings for its team.

Extension 3.16.101October 18, 2026
A clear sign-in prompt instead of failed posts
- If you are signed out of Facebook, the queue pauses and asks you to sign in instead of failing every car.
- Scanning your Facebook groups while signed out stops and asks you to sign in.
- Every group you pick is found, however far down Facebook’s list it is.
- "Put back in a browser tab" closes the popped-out manager window.

Extension 3.16.99October 17, 2026
Playbooks per salesperson, team calendar, and the right country every time
- A ZIP never lands in another country: places Facebook suggests outside the US (or outside Canada for Canadian codes) are skipped.
- AI buyer replies on Dealership AI, which each salesperson turns on for themselves in Messages.
- Every salesperson can save their own AI playbook; the dealership’s playbook is the recommended default, and store facts and policies always come from the dealership.
- "Needs you" alerts for conversations that need a person, shown in Messages and cleared when the work is done.
- A Calendar tab with visits the AI has booked or requested, a team calendar for managers, and a permanent booking link you can share.
- New cars that post automatically get AI backdrops when you have that turned on.
- Cars under 300 miles post, and a used car with no mileage read is never posted as 300.
- Prices are never typed twice, and posting keeps moving in a background tab or window.
- Queueing many cars below your photo minimum asks you once for the whole batch.
- A notice when someone signs in on a different computer, reminding them to use the same Facebook account.

Booking page and "Needs you" emails
- A public booking page on every plan, so buyers can pick a visit time themselves.
- Salespeople get an email when a buyer conversation needs them, and it says whether the AI’s reply really went out.
- Marking a lead Sold or Lost cancels its open visit requests.
- Store hours written like "Sat 9-6" are read correctly.

Approve each car first, My captions, and AI photos for every outside shot
- A new queue mode, "I approve each car first": each car shows exactly what will go on Facebook, with Approve, Change photos and Edit details.
- Approval cards show the car’s colors, and clicking a photo opens the photo manager.
- AI outside-photo edits now cover all of a car’s exterior photos, not just the first.
- AI captions and AI backdrops each fit on one screen: choose first, then one button shows how many edits it uses.
- Everyone can save their own captions under My captions; the dealership’s captions are the recommended default.
- A photo that has disappeared from your website no longer stops the post.
- Colors and vehicle type are filled reliably even when Facebook shows those fields late.
- The VIN is never typed into Facebook, so its lookup cannot overwrite your details.
- Delisting handles more of Facebook’s confirm dialogs and menus.
- A visit the AI books goes on the salesperson’s calendar, and the conversation is handed to them.

Extension 3.16.84October 11, 2026
AI replies that send themselves, and no more duplicate posts
- On plans with AI replies, replies send by themselves within about a minute, are typed once, and never repeat.
- Auto-renew works with Facebook’s new "Renew listings" window and renews only your own cars.
- A car that posted is recorded as posted, even when Facebook drops its answer at Publish, so it is not posted twice.
- Posting in a tab of your own Chrome window is the default again, and dropdowns no longer stall.
- ZIP & Reposting is one clear choice, with ZIP lists checked against real US postal data.
- If Facebook will not take a ZIP, the car still posts from the form’s own location.

Extension 3.16.79October 7, 2026
ZIP & Reposting
- A new ZIP & Reposting tab: post new listings from random nearby ZIPs, with a map.
- Reposting every 7, 14 or 21 days takes the old listing down first, then posts a fresh one from a different ZIP.
- An "xN reposted" badge with each car’s posting history.
- Settings regrouped into Posting automation, Captions, Messages & AI replies, Inventory and Advanced.
- Facebook pop-ups are closed automatically, and an uncertain post is checked before any retry.
- Facebook’s wording differences in Canada and the UK are handled.
