Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AutoPosting Pro (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

AutoPosting Pro automates posting your dealership inventory to Facebook Marketplace and, optionally, to your Facebook Page and Instagram. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for complying with the rules of the platforms you post to.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members you invite. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to post the inventory you upload.

3. Platform rules & automation risk

Important: Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace have their own terms that may restrict automated activity. Using automation tools — including this Service — can, in some cases, result in a platform limiting, suspending, or banning an account. You acknowledge and accept this risk. We take reasonable measures to post in a human-like, compliant manner, but we do not guarantee against account restrictions and are not liable for actions a third-party platform takes against your account. You are responsible for your own platform accounts and for following each platform’s terms.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Launch pricing, where offered, applies for as long as your subscription remains active. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to post unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content, to misrepresent vehicles, or to violate any platform’s terms. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software. You own your inventory data and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (e.g., generating and publishing your listings).

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or platform account actions.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or other users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
