Accessibility Statement

Last updated July 26, 2026

We want every dealer and salesperson to be able to use AutoPosting Pro, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. This page describes where we are honestly: the standard we work toward, what we have done so far, and where we know we fall short.

Our standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as the standard we work toward for autopostingpro.com and the client portal. We do not claim full conformance today; we treat WCAG 2.1 AA as the target we measure new work against.

Measures we have taken

  • Semantic HTML — pages are built with real headings, landmarks, lists, and native buttons and links, so assistive technology gets meaningful structure rather than generic containers.
  • Keyboard-navigable screenshot viewer — the product screenshot viewer on the landing page is a proper tab interface: arrow keys move between screenshots, focus is managed, and each tab reports its selected state to screen readers.
  • Alt text on product images — product screenshots carry written descriptions of what the screen actually shows, not just a filename.
  • Color-contrast design tokens — text colors are defined as a small set of design tokens chosen against the page background, rather than ad-hoc colors, so contrast is controlled in one place.

Known limitations

Being honest about the gaps we know of:

  • Some dashboard data visualizations in the client portal (analytics charts and dense inventory tables) may not yet have full screen-reader coverage or text alternatives for every data point. If a chart is in your way, contact us and we will get you the underlying numbers.
  • Some decorative interface mockups on the marketing pages simulate the app visually and are not fully described in text.
  • Third-party surfaces we link into — Stripe’s hosted checkout, Facebook, and Instagram — are controlled by those companies, and we cannot fix accessibility issues on their pages.
  • This statement covers the autopostingpro.com website and client portal. The desktop application and browser extension are separate software and are not yet covered by a formal statement.

Feedback

If you hit a barrier anywhere on the site or portal, tell us and we will make reasonable efforts to fix it or get you the information another way. Email [email protected] with the page and what went wrong.

Changes

As we fix known limitations or find new ones, we will update this page and the date above.
