AutoPosting Pro
// Chrome extension

A Chrome extension for auto dealers. Your inventory, ready for Marketplace.

The AutoPosting Pro Chrome extension carries the entire Manager into Chrome: build a local reader for your dealership website, verify and upload the inventory, then queue Facebook Marketplace posts that publish from your own signed-in Facebook session — no third-party Marketplace API — then use the same vehicle record for automatic editable AI captions, photo review, lifecycle controls and Marketplace Messages. The public extension includes a customizable salesperson-written template auto-reply with delay, test mode and a one-reply safeguard. Lifecycle controls can fall back from a recorded listing link to title matching, so review the result. Studio subscribers also have Studio-gated AI photo editing and inventory-grounded buyer drafts in the public extension. AI drafts require confirmation of the exact words and recipient before sending. The screens below preview the updated interface and review flow; Studio is available now.

The updated screens and updated review workflows below await Chrome Web Store upload and approval. // What it does

Everything the Manager does, without leaving Chrome.

01

Your lot, synced from your website

There is no fixed dealership-vendor list. A site-specific reader runs in your Chrome session, uploads the complete candidate and updates the cloud only after the inventory and vehicle-owned galleries pass verification.

02

Posts from your own Facebook session

Marketplace listings publish from the Facebook account already signed in to the salesperson’s Chrome profile. There is no shared posting account.

03

Queue with human pacing

Queue a batch and keep working while Chrome remains open. Jobs use spaced delays instead of a machine-gun burst, with visible progress and a readable log.

04

Guarded renew and delist

Per-vehicle renew and delist tools prefer a recorded Marketplace permalink but can fall back to matching the vehicle’s year, make and model title on the signed-in account’s Your listings page. Facebook controls which actions are available, and title fallback can be ambiguous, so review the result.

05

Messages and guarded buyer replies

The public extension includes Marketplace Messages and a customizable template-based first-response auto-reply with a chosen delay, test mode and a one-reply-per-conversation guard. The template is written by the salesperson, not generated by AI.

06

Automatic AI captions you can edit

Create concise or detailed Marketplace captions from the vehicle’s verified specs, dealership description and features, with dealer-written instructions for tone, financing lines and contact details.

07

Gallery and lead-photo controls

Keep photos tied to the correct vehicle, inspect likely dealer-banner frames, choose the lead image and review the exact gallery before it is queued.

08

AI photo and buyer-reply tools with Studio

Studio subscribers already have reviewed AI photo editing and inventory-grounded buyer drafts in the public extension. AI drafts never auto-send and require confirmation of the exact words and recipient. Studio is available now; the preview shows an updated interface and review flow.

// The screens

Real extension UI, disclosed demo data.

Every frame comes from the interface preview. These exact screens and their updated review behavior are previews awaiting Web Store approval. The public extension includes Messages, the template responder, and Studio-gated AI photo and buyer-draft clients for Studio subscribers. The exact screens shown here preview the updated interface and review flow. AI drafts still require confirmation of the exact words and recipient, and Studio is available now. The vehicles and activity are fictional seeded examples, labeled on-screen so a demonstration is never mistaken for a customer result.

Using the extension at your dealership

How do I connect dealership inventory to the Chrome extension?

Install AutoPosting Pro from the Chrome Web Store, sign in to your AutoPosting Pro account, register the public dealership inventory website and grant that exact site permission. A site-specific reader stages vehicle details and source-photo galleries for validation before updating cloud inventory. No DMS feed or CSV is required for this website workflow.

Do I need another app or my Facebook password to post?

No separate desktop app is required for the Marketplace workflow, and AutoPosting Pro does not ask for your Facebook password. Sign in to Facebook in this Chrome profile. The extension uses that session for its visible posting queue. Facebook controls Marketplace access, listing acceptance and available actions.

Can the posting queue run after I close Chrome?

No. The queue runs on your computer in Chrome, so the computer and browser must remain online. A phone remote can monitor that computer; it does not move posting into the cloud or onto the phone.

What happens if a refresh misses vehicles or mixes up their photos?

Questionable inventory candidates are held for review instead of replacing the last known-good inventory. Check the source website against the imported vehicle details and each vehicle’s own gallery before queueing a listing. A blocked or incomplete refresh is not a successful inventory update.

How are AI captions different from Marketplace buyer replies?

AI captions prepare editable listing copy from the vehicle record. Studio buyer drafts prepare responses using inventory and your playbook; each AI draft stays unsent until you confirm its exact words and recipient. A separately enabled first-response template is written by the salesperson and can send after a chosen delay. Handoff keeps offers, trades and appointment decisions with the salesperson.

Your lot, ready for one verified queue.

Add the current public extension from the Chrome Web Store, sign in to Facebook in that Chrome profile, verify the inventory and choose which vehicles enter the Marketplace queue. The phone remote can monitor that computer and browse its inventory while it remains online; listing review stays in Chrome. The public extension includes Marketplace Messages and the customizable salesperson-written template responder. Studio subscribers also have Studio-gated AI photo editing and inventory-grounded buyer drafts in that public build. The screenshots show the updated interface and review flow; AI drafts still require confirmation of the exact words and recipient. Studio is available now.
